01Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Axion portal ("Portal"), operated by Techrise ("Techrise", "we", "us"), part of Techrise Group, G20 Tower, Ashrafieh, Lebanon. By requesting access to, browsing, or transacting through the Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
02Portal access & eligibility
The Portal is a private, business-to-business procurement environment. Access is granted to verified companies after review of the details submitted through the access request form. Techrise may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion, including where account information is inaccurate, outdated, or misused.
Access levels, catalog visibility, and commercial terms are account-specific and may differ between customers.
03Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us without delay at sales@techrise.com.lb if you suspect unauthorized use. Techrise is not liable for losses arising from credentials you failed to keep secure. Keep your company and billing information accurate and current.
04Products, pricing & quotations
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Prices shown after login reflect your account-level commercial terms. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation; where no period is stated, validity is 7 days from issue. Obvious pricing or stock errors may be corrected, and affected orders cancelled and refunded, even after confirmation.
05Orders & payment
An order is binding once confirmed by Techrise through the Portal's quote-to-order workflow. Payment terms (prepayment, credit terms, or as otherwise agreed) are defined per account. Techrise may withhold fulfilment where amounts are overdue or credit limits are exceeded. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are borne by the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.
06Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock, supplier lead times, and logistics. Published delivery promotions (for example free shipping on qualifying orders over $150) apply as displayed at checkout unless superseded by your account agreement. Risk in the products passes on delivery to the agreed address; title passes on payment in full.
07Returns & exchanges
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, complete, and in original packaging. Custom-configured, specially ordered, software, licensing, and consumable items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us before shipping any return so we can issue return instructions.
08Warranties
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the product and region. Techrise will reasonably assist with warranty claims but does not extend manufacturer coverage unless a separate maintenance or support contract says so. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or environmental conditions outside specification.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Portal, including by attempting unauthorized access, probing or disrupting its infrastructure, scraping the catalog, reselling access, or submitting false information. We may suspend accounts involved in such activity and pursue any remedies available at law.
10Intellectual property
The Portal, its design, text, graphics, and data are owned by or licensed to Techrise. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No rights are granted beyond what is needed to browse and transact through the Portal.
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techrise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, data, or business arising from use of the Portal or products supplied. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
